Blood Runs Cold is a new feature-length thriller that was mixed using Mix 51.  Blood Runs Cold had a shoestring budget of $5000 so mix engineer Sonny Laguna had to find the most affordable way to mix a 5.1 soundtrack using his Pro Tools LE system.  Sonny tried the Mix 51 trial demo and discovered he could mix a discrete 5.1 movie soundtrack just by adding the Mix 51 plug-in to his system.   Sonny and the rest of the production team have done an amazing job with such a low budget.  Check out the great trailer at www.bloodrunscold-movie.com.
